terms of service

by choosing to commission me, you agree with the following.

GENERAL.

  • Terms are subject to change at any point without warning.

  • My commissions are solely for non-profit, personal use.

  • Commissions may be kept private upon the client's request.

  • You must be 18 or older to order from me.

  • I am not responsible for client negligence.

  • I am only offering digital pieces.

  • I will typically work on pieces in the order I receive them.

  • I may work on a commission out of order if a deadline is given, however, I prefer to have the option of working freely, and I cannot work within tight time frames.

  • I maintain the right to decline your commission, or discuss with you if I am uncomfortable, or if what was requested goes against what I am willing to draw.

  • My estimated time is a week to a couple of months, depending on the picture and my availability. I will give updates if my pace takes longer for any specific reason.

  • Feel free to ask if you are unsure about what I will and will not draw; I am open to discussion.

I WILL DRAW...

  • Original characters.

  • Official characters.

  • Horror / body horror / gore.

  • Furries, anthros, and monsters.

  • Nudity and pinups / NSFW.

  • Couples, LGBTQ+ friendly.

I WILL NOT DRAW...

  • Realism.

  • Sexualized underage characters.

  • Heavily detailed characters.

  • Mech or mecha.

  • Overly complex backgrounds.

  • Hate art or hate speech.

PAYMENT.

  • I accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-fi (USD).

  • Payment is to be made upfront. Progress will not begin until payment has been sent.

  • Fees will apply based on complexity.

  • Fees will apply if a deadline is given.

REVISIONS.

  • Most, if not all, necessary changes are made through the sketch. I will provide you with updates until the sketch is approved.

  • Minor edits are permitted once the piece is finished.

  • A fee will apply if the changes are excessive.

  • Mistakes made by me will be edited free of charge.

COMMUNICATION.

  • I will keep in contact with you throughout the process via email or any available social media.

  • Updates will be given through the contact details provided.

  • I will not accept being pestered.

USE.

  • Clients are permitted to use their paid work in any way with proper credit.

  • You are not allowed to trace, edit, or heavily reference my work and claim it as your own.

  • Commercial use, NFT use, and AI generation are strictly forbidden.

  • I reserve the right to the piece and may use it however I see fit. I do not claim anything other than the art.

REFUNDS.

  • A full refund will be made if progress has not started.

  • Partial refunds are permitted, reflecting the amount of progress made.

  • Refunds will not be made if the piece has been completed.

HORROR STYLE.
Same premise as above.
Does not come in chibi.
Features a dark background and gritty details.
I will make a character spooky if they are not already.

  • Username: any name you want to give me so i can identify you + your payment.

  • Reference(s): digital pics preferred, several are welcome. screenshots are permitted if client approves artistic liberty.

  • Pose & Expression: you may provide me with a reference, a general idea, or allow me to wing it.

  • Character traits: a few words or sentences for me to understand how to depict them.

  • Background: y/n, backgrounds may be simple or minimalist scenes. description or references would be greatly appreciated. pictures are transparent by default.

  • Additional: extra details you’d consider important, or any comments you’d like to make.
